Important notice to all customers.

After an extended period of being closed due to COVID-19 Pandemic we are happy to announce that as of Thursday the 21st of May we will be open to the public again.

 

Operating days and hours are Wednesday to Sunday 12 noon to 6pm

 

Whilst we cannot wait to welcome you back in store there are a few restrictions in place to safeguard the Discovery Aquatics team and our customers.

 

We will be restricting number of customers to 2 people per group and a maximum of 2 groups at a time.

All customers must be aged 16 or over.

 

All customers must wear a face mask, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you do not have a face mask we are more than happy to provide this for a small fee of £1,  with all the money being Donated to NHS.

We have setup a hand sanitizing station just inside the door and ask that everyone use this upon entry.

 

Please follow and adhere to the ONE WAY SYSTEM at all times.

 

To make it fair to all customers wanting to come in store we can only allow a MAXIMUM of 15 Minutes for your visit.

We are a customer focused business, and without you, our loyal and supportive customers we would not be here. We enjoy welcoming you into the shop and have missed seeing you while we go through this difficult period. We would like to thank you for your support in these changes.

 

 

We understand at these difficult times that there is a temptation to order anything you need online. We would ask that you continue supporting us. We rely on your support and will need it more than ever to ensure that as a business we survive this.

We will still be offering a doorstep delivery service to anyone and operating a ‘drive thru’ style approach to the shop.

• Delivery area will cover Dundee and surrounding areas, please get in touch if you live further away as we will be able to arrange a delivery for you.
• £20 Minimum orders please
• Payment made by phone, PayPal or Bank transfer
• Parcels will be left on doorstep, no contact necessary!
